HEAVY DUTY FIBC (flexible intermediate bulk container) AND GEOTEXTILE SEWING MACHINE WITH OR WITHOUT FILLER CORD GUIDE ON TOP AND BOTTOM.

The TN-81800 series of machines comes with a top and bottom feed to ensure perfect stitching through a wide range of materials, including woven polypropylene container bags, discharging tubes, and geotextiles. The TN-81800 series all have a built-in mechanically driven thread chain cutter and include guides to insert a filler cord from the top and/or below. The machine is available in single needle, two thread or two needle, four thread configuration.    The machine has a large opening to allow the operator to work with larger materials without hinderance.  The machine also comes with a hot knife cutter that allows the operators to cut the thread without losing any time.  The pneumatic system has an addition line that runs parallel to the needles that operators as an air cooler to increase the sewing speed and decrease downtime to thread breaks.   

It is equipped pneumatic foot lift as well.
